Villa Colonial Casa is an approximate 10,000 sq. ft. (929 m2) luxury, colonial-style villa designed over 2 levels. As you approach the estate from the main access way you immediately notice the lush vegetation which is just past the lighted entrycolumns at the start of the private driveway. Driveways of this magnitude are typically only found in homeshe price or higher. As you drive over the quaint wooden bridge at the start of the lush driveway, you will notice perfectly manicured gardens on both sides; a truly impressive experience as you make your way towards the main house. The estate features 6 spacious bedrooms divided between the main house and the guest house. The main house encompasses four of the six bedrooms, and the independent guest house has two bedrooms.
